Reordering
This feature allows you to quickly replicate a previous order, saving you time and ensuring you get the parts you need without the hassle of re-entering details manually.
Step 1: Accessing Your Order History
Start by logging in to your Venkel account using your username and password.
Once logged in, you will find the "Order History" option in your account dashboard. Click on it to access your order history database.
Step 2: Finding and Viewing the Order to Reorder
In the Order History interface, browse through your past orders and find the one you wish to reorder. Click on the "View Order" button for that specific order.
Step 3: Selecting Parts to Reorder
Inside the order details page, you'll see a list of the parts from your previous order. Here, you can select multiple parts or choose to reorder all parts by using a checkbox next to each item.
Step 4: Initiating the Reorder
Once you've selected the parts you want to reorder, scroll to the bottom right corner of the page and click the "Reorder" button.
Step 5: Review and Customize Your Reorder
The selected items will be added to your shopping cart. Here, you have the opportunity to review your order, change the ship date if needed, and adjust the quantity for each item as necessary.
You can also see the estimated lead time for any parts that were out of stock when you initially placed the order.
Step 6: Completing the Reorder
After reviewing and making any necessary adjustments, click the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Checkout" button to complete the reorder process.
